The day surgery and Recovery unit at Princess Ann Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a band 4 associate practitioner.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our small team working with adults/young adults in our day surgery and recovery unit.

Our unit is unique because we care for patients pre
- operatively, post anaesthetically and post operatively, this means we achieve a great patient experience and high levels of continuity. We achieve 99-100% satisfaction on our friends and family test that patients would recommend us.

This is a fantastic opportunity for current band 4 who enjoys the fast-paced environment of a day surgical unit and the acute care of post anaesthetic patients' level 1 and 2 on occasion and women post-delivery.

This is a permanent post.

Our working hours makes us attractive as we close at night and on Sundays and bank holidays. We encourage a good work-life balance and have good team sprit by socialising out of work.

Our passion is women's health and acute patient skills; we have a good programme of education and competency in day unit and recovery.
