Part-time Finance Officer - Salisbury, United Kingdom - Accountability Recruitment
Description
Raising sales invoices and maintaining credit control- Processing purchase invoices and ensuring they are paid to terms
- Monthly reconciliations of petty cash, nominal accounts, bank accounts and funds
- Processing a monthly payroll including PAYE, pensions and NI payments, auto enrolment and associated administration, RTI submission and annual HMRC payroll returns
- Supporting the HR function as needed
- Monitoring cash flow
- Quarterley VAT returns
- Liaising with auditors and third parties regarding the annual accounts
- Monitoring expenditure
- Use of Sage software
The orgnaisation are looking for someone to work part-time, circa 24 hours per week and can be flexible regarding how these are spread.
Ideally you will have previous knowledge of Sage software and be confident undertaking a range of accounting duties, reportingto senior members of staff on accounts etc.
