Description
Raising sales invoices and maintaining credit control

  • Processing purchase invoices and ensuring they are paid to terms
  • Monthly reconciliations of petty cash, nominal accounts, bank accounts and funds
  • Processing a monthly payroll including PAYE, pensions and NI payments, auto enrolment and associated administration, RTI submission and annual HMRC payroll returns
  • Supporting the HR function as needed
  • Monitoring cash flow
  • Quarterley VAT returns
  • Liaising with auditors and third parties regarding the annual accounts
  • Monitoring expenditure
  • Use of Sage software


The orgnaisation are looking for someone to work part-time, circa 24 hours per week and can be flexible regarding how these are spread.

Ideally you will have previous knowledge of Sage software and be confident undertaking a range of accounting duties, reportingto senior members of staff on accounts etc.
