Are you an Administrator looking for a new opportunity?

If you have a positive, open approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service we might have the ideal opportunity for you


Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm and hybrid working is available after initial training.

You will work as part of a busy and fast-paced team where your duties will include:

  • Processing paperwork in line with company policy and procedure
  • Investigating complaints and escalating, where required
  • Independently checking the quality and accuracy of work
  • Contacting customers to resolve queries and obtain information
  • Keeping knowledge of processes, products and appropriate regulations up to date
  • Supporting and taking an active role in service improvement and process improvement
  • Carrying out additional administrative tasks, as required


You will have experience working in an admin-based role and will have the ability to carry out tasks accurately and within agreed timescales.

Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry would be beneficial however, full training will be provided for thesuccessful person.
