The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide an effective, efficient recruitment process covering the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.
The individual will build relationships with stakeholders in order to recruit quickly and to the highest standards whilst ensuring that every applicant receives the best possible experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Act as a point of contact for all recruitment matters across our various business streams
- Create compelling adverts to attract top talent to IMServ
- Advertise job openings on our careers page, job boards and social networks (e.g LinkedIn)
- Help in the development of our new ATS
- Ciphr iRecruit
- Create and manage talent pools
- Understanding of market intelligence and trends
- Report and communicate to all relevant stakeholders the status of all recruitment activity
- As required brief recruitment agencies on vacancies and manage the daytoday agency relationships
- Champion our recommend a friend scheme across all employees
- The role will require you to recruit across all departments with particular focus on our fieldbased volume requirements
- To hire top class talent into the business and improve attrition levels
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in an inhouse recruitment position
- Experience of the full recruitment cycle
- Generalist experience across all typical business departments
- Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy, and awareness of the appropriate legislation
- Direct sourcing experience and building of direct sourcing strategies using professional networks, social media, talent pools, headhunting other channels Expert CV database searching skills
- Experience of using and configuring an ATS
- Ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders
- Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking, and always meeting deadlines
- Assist stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, communicating effectively, showing empathy, and responding with urgency to requests Microsoft 365 experience including SharePoint
- Selfmotivated and selfdirected
Desirable
- Experience of recruiting fieldbased positions on a national basis
- Experience of hiring fieldbased Meter Engineers
- Experience in the Utilities industry
- Knowledge of IR35 legislation
- Previous experience using the Ciphr iRecruit ATS
- Managing volume requirements
