Data Insights Manager

From £ 350 - £ 450 p/d - inside IR35

Hybrid Multiple Locations

6-month contract
We are seeking a Data Insights Manager for our government client.

The role location is hybrid, based between 2 days a week on-site and the remainder of the week working remotely.

Office locations include London, Milton Keynes or Glasgow, as preferred.


Security Clearance:
Security Check (SC)


This role is inside IR3- Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.


Role Profile/Responsibilities:


  • Communicating Analysis and Insight
  • Performance Measurement
  • User Centred Analysis
  • Understanding Constraints
  • ITIL Foundation as a minimum
  • Developing and maintaining Data Insights processes, policies and procedures
  • Curating the ITSM Data Model, ensuring that data is of appropriate quality, coherence and relevance
  • Working with Product Teams to build Service Models and databases which will feed into the wider Data Model
  • Supporting Product Teams and ITSM Capabilities to use the Data Model for Data Insights and service reporting
  • Supporting in data analysis to support the development of strategic roadmaps and Policies
  • Supporting Sustainability meetings and the submission of STAR reports to the client
  • Signposting the IT Service Management organisation to Data Insights best practice, tools and templates
  • Proactively focusing on continuous improvement of self and service
