We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced pharmacist to join our EPMA team to help lead in the configuration, planning, implementation and optimisation of an EPMA system to be used across our Health Board.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply


The post holder will act as the lead Pharmacist for EPMA and will work closely with the multidisciplinary teams, playing a contributory role in procuring and implementing an EPMA solution.

You will be involved with the design (including the drug file and formulary build), development, testing and successful implementation of an EPMA system within the Health Board.


You will play a key role in ensuring that the new technology is used to its maximum potential to transform our medicines processes and to enhance patient care.

The post holder will line manage pharmacy staff associated directly with EPMA, and be responsible for their recruitment and selection, appraisals, objective setting and personal/professional development.
