We are currently working with a fantastic authority that is looking for an Project Workstream Lead

We are looking for someone with experience of high profile, fast paced Project Management.

You will have a Project Management qualification - Prince 2 or similar.


You will be required to manage work packages as agreed by the Programme Lead and/or as delegated by the Assistant Director Commercial and Procurement.


  • This is an exciting and varied role that puts the individual in charge of managing a crucial element of the Council's Transition Programme and aiming for excellence on a personal level across a variety of work areas, including Finance, HR, IT, and theEstates Client and Service Delivery Teams.
  • The post holder will operate in a matrix management environment as this role has wide ranging responsibilities across the council including: working with Strategic Directors and service leads to enable the service to return to the Council.
  • The individual in question will be flexible, highly motivated and enthusiastic, inspiring others around them and aiming to bring about change for the better.
  • The Project Manager is expected to model and maintain the council's values and behaviours, inspiring others, working collaboratively with peers, service colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
