Job summary

Make outgoing customer calls in order to sell services
Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
Build a pipeline of potential leads and following up with those customers by making subsequent calls
Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback
Organize and attend Zoom/Teams meetings with potential customers
Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

Able to work as part of a team
Ability to Multitask
Ability to communicate in both a business and casual/professional manor
Lots of initiative
A positive attitude
The ability to think on your feet

Hours of work are Monday - Friday with 45 mins lunch breaks. Early finishes if targets are achieved.

Competitive uncapped commission structure for completed sales.

Job Types:
Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary:
£4.81-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

All staff are required to follow current government guidelines. All surfaces are sanitised and cleaned daily.
