Description

Our client specialising in freight forwarding is looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator who has experience of coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment and information.


You will be responsible for:
Breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes

Liaising with task requestor to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives

Assigning tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

Making sure that the task needs are met as projects evolve

Helping prepare budgets

Analysing risks and opportunities

Monitoring project progress and handle / escalate any issues that arise

Acting as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
