  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing them promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, and order processes to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and product development, to ensure effective coordination and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, making recommendations for process improvements and participating in relevant initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records, utilizing our CRM system to track interactions, monitor trends, and generate reports.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering personalized, attentive service and fostering longterm relationships.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Coordinator or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
