National Account Executive Opportunity - Müller Yogurt & Desserts - Discounters

  • There's a real appetite for our Müllerlicious products out there. We are recruiting for a National Account Executive within the Discounters Channel, one of our key growth pillars for 2023 and beyond, for our Yogurt and Desserts business based in Shropshire (hybrid basis)._

We are looking for an experienced individual to exceed the volume and profit growth targets across designated key accounts in order to support the business and achieve our aim to become the biggest and best chilled Dairy & Ingredients Company in the UK.

**In this role the key responsibilities for the National Account Executive will include: - **- Be an inspirational leader by demonstrating the 3E's behaviours consistently and increasing internal networks

  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial agility to maximise commercial delivery within your accounts beyond budgeted levels
  • Consistently demonstrate the embedding of excellent negotiation learnings
  • Build world class customer relationships, which drive Advantage group result improvements and greater networking/influence
  • Develop your people management skills, by working effectively with your immediate team and support functions
  • Be a customer and category expert, bringing that knowledge into the Muller business
  • Ensure back of house internal and external admin/reporting is accurate
  • Internal management of all support functions across Supply Chain, Marketing, Category and Controlling to ensure efficient management of the customer internally and externally
  • Deliver timely and accurate development plans
  • Delivery of long term strategic joint business plans and account deliverables
**Key skills & experience for the National Account Executive: - **- Proven negotiation skills

  • Experience in FMCG
  • Strong proven performance as a NAM in convenience
  • Marketing experience
  • Results driven with excellent team skills
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Pragmatic / Solution finding
  • Thinking / planning ahead (strategic)
  • Strong communicator (to stakeholders) in decision making process
  • Flexibility
  • Takes responsibility / ownership of decisions
