POST OF:
LOCUMCONSULTANT OPHTHALMOLOGIST SPECIALISING IN NEURO-OPHTHALMOLOGY


This post within the Oxford Eye Hospital involves working with 24 Consultant Ophthalmologist colleagues as well as colleagues in neurology and neurosurgery, ophthalmology trainees and a multidisciplinary team.

This is a (part time) 6 PA job plan which will be based at the John Radcliffe Hospital.


This is a 12-month fixed-term appointment comprising of 6 programmed activities (PAs) which is slit out as 5 Direct Clinical Care and 1 Supporting Professional Activity.


This is solely a medical Neuro-Ophthalmology & uveitis post with 2 outpatient clinics and 1 multi disciplinary team meetings and no on call and no theatre commitment.

The Trust comprises four hospitals - the John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital and Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington and the Horton General Hospital in Banbury.
