Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to help us 2 days a week.

You will be responsible for performing a variety of odd jobs, gardening and maintenance in a residetial setting.

This is 2 days a week and would suit a retired skilled tradesperson.


Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting and gardening.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- friendly with a full upto date DBS.

• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
• Excellent problemsolving.
• Valid driver's license.
