Commercial Operations Administrator


Peopleforce is happy to present a new opportunity for a Commercial Operations Admin, to work in an office based in Solihull for a global healthcare company.

This is a temporary to permanent position, within a company that offers great opportunities for progression and professional development.

This would be working in an office-based environment, at one of their headquarters; this role will more specifically involve:

  • Supporting a wide variety of teams and departments, but more specifically the commercial team; this would be for general admin duties, data maintenance of quotes and other related topics, price discrepancies and more
  • Make sure all data is inputted correctly and continuously monitoring
  • Assisting management of several departments with submissions of necessary documents
  • Take part in projects when needed
  • Provide information to external clients
  • Maintain personal knowledge of the related Healthcare market to ensure you are compliant with the regulations

The necessary qualities to progress for this position:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Ability to not only work on your own and take initiative with projects and tasks, but to also be able to work cohesively within a team
  • Time management skills
  • History of using SAP is advantageous but not necessary

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£22,500.00 per year
