My client a West End Boutique Commercial Law firm are recruiting into their litigation team.

They have lovely offices in a superb location and a fantastic working atmosphere, a bit more relaxed and friendly in the office whilst maintaining an outwardly tougherimage in terms of winning their cases.

They are looking for a technically strong commercial litigator to take on a partner's caseload of commercial litigation 75% and property litigation 25%.You will have experience in commercial litigation such as contractdisputes, shareholder and partner disputes and also have gained some experience in property litigation matters such as landlord and tenant, and enfranchisement.

The firm are extremely well known for their commercial and litigation work; attracting much of their work through word of mouth - as specialists in this area this post will be ideal for an energetic and highly personable litigator with a clear focus.

Work thatfee earners are able to do at the firm can range from matters of £300 million to 64 million - there is a very exciting range of high value work and a wide range of caseload available.
