THE ROLE

We are looking for a Finance Associate for a broad ranging finance role, with the previous Finance Associate now promoted to Senior Finance Associate.

This will be the fourth finance hire in the UK reporting into the Group Financial Controller. This is an exciting opportunity to continuously learn in a fast paced environment where you'll have plenty of impact and visibility across the business

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts payable function, resolving queries, reconciling supplier accounts/statements, payment runs (twice a month), employee expenses, credit card reconciliations and ad hoc key supplier payments
Month end process, including balance sheet reconciliations and daily bank recs
Quarterly UK VAT submissions and Research & Development submissions
Payroll process communicating with third party providers and ensuring the process runs smoothly
Ad hoc projects as and when required by the VP Finance and Group Financial Controller
A strong work ethic who is driven and wants to progress within a broad finance role
A keen desire to seek a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
A open and inquisitive mindset
Good time management, analytical and creative problem solving skills.
A team player who is results driven
