Description
CPS Building Services is looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and willing to learn.

The Business Administrator will ensure that employees follow office processes, handle, and redirect incoming calls and act as the first line of contact for visitors to the business.

This role will also be supporting our Commercial team helping support our project financials and using our ERP system.


Responsibilities

  • Answering of incoming calls and diverting accordingly.
  • Ad Hoc Administration/Reception Duties including:
  • DBS checks
  • Driving licence checks
  • Dealing with post and couriers
  • Greeting visitors & dealing with meeting room bookings
  • Monitor recruitment inbox
  • Responsible for the collection, distribution and expediting of all documentation, such as drawings, specifications, technical submittals and other electronic information necessary to execute new and ongoing projects
  • Set up new project enquiries in CRM and assigning Job Numbers (T Numbers) and update accordingly with follow up information.
  • Reviewing of the customers portals, and 3rd party submission portals to ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Updating and converting project enquires to secured projects on CRM and Xpedeon
  • Prepare and log letters for project enquiries when required
  • Collate and compile operating and maintenance manuals/H&S files to be submitted to achieve project completion
  • Completion of technical submittals and trackers
  • Have an understanding of variation cost and sell figures onto Xpedeon
  • Weekly production and update of FPR's

Skills & Qualifications

  • Customerservice oriented with the ability to manage internal and external customer priorities and needs
  • Capable to work productively independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to multitask in a driven environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • English (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
