Superglass are a manufacturer of mineral glass wool thermal and acoustic insulation.We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our site based in the heart of Stirling.
Customer Services Advisor - Accountabilities
- Main customer interface for order intake, processing and logistics
- Maintain order accuracy and ensure orders are entered within timeframe
- Work with the customer and internal Departments in relation to payments
- Actively participate in departmental activities and initiatives
- General ad hoc duties
What we need from you
- Previous experience in customer services or within sales department preferred
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- An excellent communicator with stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong teammate with the ability to take ownership and follow through
- Focus on learning and selfdevelopment
