Description
Superglass are a manufacturer of mineral glass wool thermal and acoustic insulation.

We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our site based in the heart of Stirling.


Customer Services Advisor - Accountabilities

  • Main customer interface for order intake, processing and logistics
  • Maintain order accuracy and ensure orders are entered within timeframe
  • Work with the customer and internal Departments in relation to payments
  • Actively participate in departmental activities and initiatives
  • General ad hoc duties

What we need from you

  • Previous experience in customer services or within sales department preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • An excellent communicator with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong teammate with the ability to take ownership and follow through
  • Focus on learning and selfdevelopment
