- Assist customers with frame selection, providing expert styling advice.
- Dispense eyewear and perform adjustments as needed.
- Manage collections and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct prescreening procedures to assist our optometrists.
- Perform various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our practice.
