First Call Aviation have fantastic and exciting opportunity as Warehouse Operatiopn Supervisor
for one of our prestigious clients based in Slough Area

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Supporting day to day staffing requirements in accordance with management targets including induction, work plans, training and appraisals
  • Managing planned an unplanned leave to ensure shift coverage
  • Supervise shift handovers
  • Supporting all operational areas when and where required
  • Assisting with the planning and integrating of new business and processes
  • Liaise directly with head office operations
  • Data entry including KPI targets (where required)
  • Upholding and supporting management team with H&S
  • Ensure business complies to all CAA and customs regulations (where applicable)
  • Liaising with agencies
  • Dealing with HR issues
  • Management of IMS (Incident Management System)
  • To become an SSR (Site Security Rep)

Qualifications and Experience

  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of all concepts and procedures required to fulfil the duties listed above.
  • Trained to a sufficient security level to be able to carry out warehouse functions.

Other Requirements

  • Right to Work in the UK
