Description

We are currently seeking an Apprentice Electrical Engineer to join our team in London.

This apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience and expand their knowledge in the field of electrical engineering on a four-year program.

Assist electrical engineers with the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial buildings.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and recommend appropriate solutions.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and blueprints.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and recommend process improvements.

Entry requirements

GCSE English minimum grade C/4 and Maths a minimum of a strong grade B/6 or equivalent OR if you have already completed a L2 Electrical qualification we can accept a Grade C/4 in Maths.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Health and safetyconscious mindset.

Training to be provided

This apprenticeship is delivered as a day release, you will be required to attend college one day a week.
