OVERVIEW

  • Working with the Senior Fee Earners within the private client team, the appointed Private Client Lawyer will be undertaking their own fee earning caseload.
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust and Estate Administration.
  • You will be handling an existing caseload as well as developing and building new relationships.
  • Applications are welcomed from Private Client Lawyers who have a proven track record of dealing with their own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust and Estate Administration matters.
  • You will ideally have at least 1 years' experience in conducting a full and varied caseload from start to finish.
  • This opportunity would suit an experienced Private Client Lawyer who is looking for development within their role and the chance to work alongside highly experienced Private Client Fee Earners who handle and undertake a lot of work locally from clients.
