Description

A Customer service advisor is required for a well-respected automotive distributor located in Filton, Bristol, BS34.

This is fantastic opportunity to join a small and successful team to maintain excellent customer service both internally and externally.

You will be working as part of a small team of 4 to take all inbound calls from customers wanting quotes and then placing orders for the customer.

You would then process the orders through the internal CRM computer system and liaise with couriers to arrange delivery.

NO outbound calls, NO sales, and NO Targets

This role would suit somebody with outstanding customer service skills who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service who is confident on the telephone.

Automotive background would be an advantage; however, you will be trained fully in product knowledge.

The working hours are Monday - Friday with a one-hour lunch break each day.

Immediate start would be ideal.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
