A well-known name within the sector, this will provide an excellent opportunity for someone looking to either start or progress their career within Private Equity.

Our client has a large and well established finance function with this role sitting within thecorporate accounting team.

The successful appointee will ideally have experience managing a team, with this becoming part of your role longer term, as you manage and oversee 4-5 part-qualified accountants.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead a small team of partqualified accountants
Assist with the preparation of management and statutory accounts
Review VAT and corporation tax returns
Monitor and manage cashflows

Skills

Our client are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) who is either a Manager from practice or has 1-3 years of post-qualified experience in a fund.

You must have a strong academic track record, good verbal and written communicationskills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
