We're looking for someone who can:
Creative Direction:

Using your extensive experience, you will provide creative vision and strategic direction for design projects;
You will collaborate with marketing and crossfunctional teams to align design efforts with overall brand and campaign objectives;
You'll conceptualise design strategies that address target audience needs, articulate key messages and address business goals;
Collaborate with the Website Developer to analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform design decisions; and
Create design frameworks and guidelines that maintain consistency across marketing materials.

Planning & Forecasting:

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Campaign Manager and Brand and Comms Manager to forecast and plan work priorities;
Manage an Asset Register to ensure all creatives are managed when campaigns changeover; and
In conjunction with the Performance Marketing Manager, build and set a 'test and learn' plan to understand conversation drivers.

Campaign & Channel Management:

Liaising with our Campaign Manager you will ideate and develop creatives that support both campaign and BAU activity; and
Work with the Senior Website Executive and Social Media Executive to ensure all creative and assets are on brand and created to deadline.

Branding and Identity:

Be our

Brand Guardian:
maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring it remains consistent and impactful;

Oversee the development of logos, colour palettes, typography, and other brand elements;
Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines and effectively represents the brand's essence; and
Be the 'goto' contact for all brand assets in the business.

Design Production:

Working both independently and with agencies (as appropriate) to create compelling and engaging visual content for a variety of marketing channels, including digital, print, social media, and more;
Produce graphics, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia assets that resonate with the target audience; and
Stay updated with design software/tools and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant experience in Illustration, Graphic Design or equivalent qualifications;
Previous experience in creating both online and offline content;
Excellent organisational
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, while maintaining an eye for detail;
Proofreading skills
A great team player and ability to work independently;
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
Experienced in, and have an excellent working knowledge of, Adobe Creative Suite / Cloud
Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects;
HTML 5 / WordPress knowledge
