If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our Corporate Team based at our Audi Hatfield Dealership is looking to recruit a new Corporate Account Executive

About the position

You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product.

A large part of the Corporate Account Executive position involves:

Main Purpose of the Job:

To deliver a first class and prompt support and administrative service to the Corporate Hub.
Help develop relationships with purchasers from current Corporate customers.
Aid all LBDM's, Key Account Managers and Broker Account Managers in carrying out their duties.
Be a key point of contact for all group Corporate customers.
Construct quotes according to the negotiated terms.
Maintain the Corporate customer database.
Manage customer demonstration bookings.
Allocate registration numbers for new vehicles on the retailer information system in a timely manner and order number plates as requested.
Order and locate vehicles to satisfy sold orders.
Advise the Corporate Hub Supervisor of any discrepancies or other problems encountered
Ensure that all documentation is dealt with in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety and Company Policy.
Agree profit on deals before month end closure.
Control and track vehicle debtors.
Initiate and maintain vehicle deal file.

We expect our new Corporate Account Executive to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

Customer awareness.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Full driving license.
