Disability and Mental Health Adviser (Permanent)

Salary from £38,313 to £46,148 pa inclusive (pay award pending) with potential to progress to £49,614 pa inclusive of London allowance

Reporting to the Head of HR Policy and Employee Relations, the Disability and Mental Health Adviser is a new role which has been specially created to provide comprehensive confidential advice, guidance and specialist support to disabled staff, ensuring that reasonable adjustments are identified and provided as quickly and efficiently as possible in consultation with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders across LSE.

This role will also contribute to policy and process development, as well as service provision through regular monitoring and review to identify necessary areas of continuous improvement.
