Description

Top Global Private Markets firm looking for an Analyst to join their local and international team focusing on investments within Infrastructure.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare advisory materials to present to clients on investments in infrastructure and across multiple real estate asset classes
  • Assist in research regarding potential investment opportunities.
  • Create and modify financial models
  • Analyse financial statements
  • Interact directly with clients to discuss investment propositions
  • Analyse financial statements
and financial forecasts


Qualifications:

  • Experience within an investment bank or real estate private equity firm
  • Excellent financial modelling skills
  • Experience working with primary funds, secondaries, coinvestments and direct investments
  • Strong academic background in a Finance, Business or Engineering
