Service Catalogue Analyst

From £ 300 - £ 400 p/d - inside IR35

Hybrid Multiple Locations

6-month contract
We are seeking a Service Catalogue Analyst for our government client.

The role location is hybrid, based between 2 days a week on-site and the remainder of the week working remotely.

Office locations include London, Milton Keynes or Glasgow, as preferred.

Security Clearance:
Security Check (SC)

This role is inside IR3- Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile/Responsibilities:

Expert Certificate in Service Management Framework qualification and/or equivalent of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
Technical Understanding
Asset and Configuration Management
Service Focus
Reporting to the Senior Service Catalogue Manager
Supporting the management and prioritisation of requests, via a backlog, to create, update, disable or archive Service Catalogue items
Supporting Tooling teams to build the workflows within the ITSM toolset to meet the needs of catalogue requests
Ensuring the Service Catalogue items accurately reference appropriate CIs and other data points
Maintaining Service Catalogue standards to provide a consistent user experience
Producing guidance material and templates to promote consistency and quality within the Service Catalogue and improve understanding of the Service Catalogue in the wider organisation
Proactively focusing on continuous improvement of self and service
