Description

Our client, a charitable organisation doing vital work in the community, have an exciting new opportunity for a Data & Performance Officer to join their team.

The role will be working within a small team that Is vital for all departments in the organisation.

Duties within the role will include:

Being a point of contact for all data and database queries and promoting a continuous data-led improvement culture across all departments
Carrying out quantitative analysis of primary and secondary datasets using Excel
Maintaining data integrity to ensure that the services database is secure, uptodate, accurate and fit for purpose
Producing high quality and varied research outputs for a range of audiences including analysis, report writing and presentations
Supporting Frontline Services in maintaining accurate and uptodate record keeping
Experience in interrogating and analysing databases to provide performance information
Experience of collating, and providing highly accurate and timely reporting and performance data to internal and external audiences
Ability to be highly numerate with ability to analyse and synthesise quantitative and qualitative data
Proficiency in the use statistical analysis package (MS Excel, SPSS) and MS Office
Ability to demonstrate empathy for people from disadvantaged, marginalised or socially excluded backgrounds
