They are a fast-growing group of on line, market leading, retail and wholesale businesses who are primarily involved in the Home Lifestyle and Personal Care Sectors.

Established in 2016 thecompany has experienced double digit growth each year and is looking to accelerate further growth both organically and through acquisition where appropriate.


The Digital Marketing Manager will understand business objectives and requirements from a financial, sales, as well as marketing perspective in order to define and help implement the future marketing strategy for the business.

Develop and implement multi-channel, segmented marketing campaign plans which support the delivery of the marketing and communications strategy.


Responsible for managing and coordinating all brand & marketing activities for the group, implementing, analysing and reporting on the marketing strategy and results to improve overall financial performance.

The job holder will report directly to the managing director.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement an integrated Marketing and Communication strategy for the Group.
  • Coordinate all marketing and sales activities
  • Adjust marketing strategy and campaigns based on results.
  • Plan, manage and report on Marketing Budgets.
  • Monitor and manage agency support for SEO, PPC and Social Media strategy to maximize ROI
  • Produce and review Weekly/Monthly Key KPI Reports to make strategic decisions to help improve ROAS on all organic performance and digital advertising spending.
  • Create marketing and sales plans for new products.
  • Plan and review all Blog and Project content.
  • Plan and review all social media content.
  • Plan and review all video productions for media outlets including YouTube.
  • Plan and review all photography for website and offline material.
  • Improving user experience of the website to improve CVR, AOV and frequency of customer orders.
  • Monitor website content issues and update where required.
  • Manage website maintenance and new developments with Shop Creator
  • Explore any offline marketing, advertising or promotional opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities with both craft and, related businesses for joint mailing / other marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities to ensure we can react to all threats or opportunities quickly and effectively.

Key Competencies

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of managing all digital marketing and social media platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok etc.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Orderwise
  • Good understanding of SEO and PPC reporting through Google Analytics.
  • Good analytical, organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues.
  • Good communicator, proactive and driven.
  • Works well within a strong team dynamic, as well as individually.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise to best achieve maximum results from available resources.
  • Proven track record within a fast moving, preferable eretail business.

Background Experience & Qualifications

  • Degreelevel education in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
