Description

We are currently seeking a Remote Phone Support Specialist to provide assistance and technical support to clinical trial sites across different European countries.

As a Phone Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to answer calls from clinical trial sites and provide support for a Spirometry device being used in the trials.

This position requires a scientific or clinical background, experience in Respiratory and the usage of Spirometry devices, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Additional languages are a plus.

This role is a remote, working from home role for a duration of 6-12 months.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide phone support to clinical trial sites in various European countries.
  • Answer calls from site staff and address their questions and concerns related to the Spirometry device.
  • Review and ensure compliance with the required process for performing Spirometry as per site staff's needs.
  • Assist site staff with the setup of Spirometry equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise with the Spirometry device.
  • Support site staff in understanding the quality messages received after patient test completion.
  • Address questions from sites regarding the local read of the Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs).
  • Assist with report uploading inquiries.
  • Aid in the submission of proficiency tests.

Requirements:


  • Scientific or clinical background.
  • Experience in Respiratory and familiarity with Spirometry devices.
  • Previous experience working in clinical trials is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being a welcome asset.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide excellent customer service remotely.
  • Availability for 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Good computer skills.
