Requirements:

  • Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)

Location:

Bramcote, NG9. This position is a permanent position,


Working:

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm.

Package:


  • Basic salary of £21,000.00 with attractive commission structure and company bonus scheme.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Organising and booking in viewings for clients
  • Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and clients
  • Conducting viewings
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Inputting data into Microsoft Excel to enable us to keep up to date with daily figures
  • Learning about property lettings legality and ensuring you are providing customers with the correct advice
  • Providing a good service with a positive attitude

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working in an Estate Agency required.
  • GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above
  • Proven work experience within a customer service role
  • Exceptional IT skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Full driving licence and own car

Experience:


  • Experienced within sales or lettings negotiating roles.
