Receptionist

up to £35K depending on experience

Marble Arch, West End
Our client is a multi-disciplinary firm in London's West End.

Founded in 1995, the firm has continued to grow from strength to strength and whilst starting as a niche Real Estate practice they have diversified into other areas Banking and Property Finance,Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Private Wealth and Construction.

They have an opening for an experienced Receptionist to join the team.

The reception area is open from 08:30 until 18:00 and you will be working with another Receptionist to cover 08:30 - 16:30 and 10:00 - 18:00 between you.

On a Friday, the reception areais open 09:00-17:30.

The role

You will need to have had previous experience working in reception, either at a law firm, or from professional services.

Effectively process all incoming telephone calls
Deal with all visitors to the reception area
Ensure the tidiness of the reception area
Undertake other clerical and administrative duties
Organise post, both incoming and outgoing
Arrange courier services
Organise the meeting rooms
Organise drinks for guests

What they are looking for

Experience as a Receptionist, either from a Law firm or Professional Services
Demonstrate a courteous and professional manner
Superior written and oral communication skills
Motivated and high attention to detail
