We are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a solid recruitment agency background (ideally 3-4 years in the Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering Industry).

Commutable from Rochdale, Radcliffe, Bury, Heywood, Bolton, Prestwich, Manchester

Office Based

Basic £25k - 35k (Depending on Experience)

The successful Recruitment Consultant will be:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and technical requirements.
  • Attending Client Meetings and visits as required.
  • Focussing on Engineering Jobs (example of roles CNC and Manual Millers, Setters / Operators, Turners, Grinders, Machinists, Welders, Pipefitters) and/or Industrial Jobs (Warehouse Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Order Pickers, Packers, FLT Drivers).

Ideal Applicants for this role:


  • Min 34 years Engineering, Warehouse, or Manufacturing (Temporary / Contract) Recruitment Agency Experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A driven, resultsoriented individual who is committed to achieving excellence.
  • Driving Licence (Essential).
