We're a small but ambitious group of passionate creatives, engineers and technologists.
Now is a great time to join this company, with lots of exciting projects on the horizon You will work closely with an experienced Customer Support Manager (who will provide training and support) and other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry
- Write clearly and accurately
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Organised
- Confident
- Good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
