The opportunity

Our Business Transformation - Business Design team works with clients to reimagine and redesign the inner workings of their operations, enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies and identify and capturegrowth opportunities for the future.

We are currently seeking to hire into our Business Transformation - Business Design Team at Senior Consultant level.
Your key responsibilities

You'll work as a Senior Consultant as part of a high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping client organisations solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

On a typical day, you willhave the opportunity to:


  • Utilise your skills in the areas of structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking and lean process improvement to help our clients drive profitability and performance improvement through their business operations
  • Identifying areas for process improvement across existing ways of working be it system, process or people changes
  • Be able to effectively analyse and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and reviewing existing processes. Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including the facilitation of client interviews,workshops and project governance sessions
  • Be involved in projects across the endtoend project lifecycle, from business case development to project and execution and closeout
  • Helping ensure that the requirements and the process are fit for purpose, supporting the design, build, and test of the changes and business readiness/training activities.
  • Draw on unique capabilities in Digital, Process Excellence, Business Analyst, and experience from our global consulting network
  • Work with a global team of experts to develop unique, innovative and gamechanging solutions as well as benefitting from bestinclass operations focused training
Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong understanding of core business operations gained through involvement/ delivery of projects across areas such as strategy, operating model design, lean process improvement, waterfall and agile design transformation and delivery
  • Exceptional problemsolving ability including logical reasoning, creative thinking and the ability to untangle complex issues
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • A solid team player who's also an independent thinker
  • Deadlinedriven, highly organised and able to multitask
To qualify for the role you ideally will have

  • Strong academic record including a relevant third level degree from top university
  • Strong numeric analysis, presentation and Process Mapping and requirement gathering skills
  • Proven Microsoft Office experience
  • Agile design experience/ certification, preferred
  • Management Consulting experience a benefit
  • Lean six sigma training/certification an advantage
