Facilities Services Officer - up to £25,000 - work 34 hours per week over 4 days
Exciting Opportunity as a Facilities Services Officer in the Property Management Industry

Are you looking for a rewarding career in Facilities Services? Our client, a well-established Property Management company, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Facilities Services Officer.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a yearly salary of up to £25,000.

Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional facilities maintenance services to ensure the smooth running of various properties
Conducting regular site inspections to assess maintenance needs and promptly address any issues
Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to ensure highquality service delivery
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and coordinating effective communication channels within the team
Assisting with the management of budgets and resources for facility maintenance projects
Operating general facilities equipment and performing minor repairs when necessary

Desired Skills:

Previous experience in a similar facilities maintenance role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Full driving licence and willingness to travel to different locations
