Administration Assistant - Grangemouth, United Kingdom - Denholm Port Services Ltd
Description
This is a position within our Central Administration team undertaking the financial administration of the Port Agency function of the business.
Main responsibilities
Input supplier invoices into an In-House operational computer system.
Check values against budget and report on variances.
Finalise and issue account to clients which involve multiple currencies and various client specific on-line systems.
Respond to client queries, directing their query to the correct agency branch and ensuring they reply in a timeously manner.
Track and monitor port call status of vessels to ensure pro-forma accounts are released to the admin team within KPI timescales set.
Experience required
Strong admin skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office IT packages, specifically good knowledge of Excel.
Experience working as part of a team but also comfortable working on own.

£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
