Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests

Skills:


  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries over the phone professionally
  • Ability to upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a neat and orderly sales floor

Job Types:

Salary:
From £25,918.08 per year
