Administrator / Milton Keynes / Permanent / Salary up to £25,000 per annum
Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with a wealth management company who are continuing their growth plans by recruiting an Administrator to join their ranks.
Within the role, you act as the point of contact for client queries in regards to pensions,investments and protection as well as liaising with product providers.
You will need:
- Experience within a Financial Planning firm
- Financial Administration experience preferable
- Strong Interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with clients and being client facing at times.
Responsibilities
- Taking Phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them
- Client correspondence
- Processing of new business
- Arranging client meetings
- Maintaining client records
