Mid-weight Graphic Designer


Are you an experienced and talented Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a flair for project management? We are seeking a multi-talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Graphic Designer, where you'll play a crucial role in elevating our brand awareness and driving our business forward.

Role and Responsibilities:


As one of our Graphic Designers, you will play a key role in maintaining the consistency of our brand across various platforms.

In addition to your core graphic design skills, you will also be responsible for design project management and bringing your marketing expertise to the table.


Some of your key duties will include:

Graphic Design Excellence:
Bring your creativity to life by producing visually stunning and on
- brand graphics for various channels, including print, digital, social media, and marketing material.


Web Design:

Collaborate with our web development resource to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.


Motion Design:

Create captivating animations and motion graphics to enhance our brand storytelling and add dynamic elements to our marketing campaigns.


Social Media Designs:
Craft eye-catching visuals and graphics for social media platforms to engage our audience and drive social media growth.


Brand Consistency:

Ensure all design elements, including supplementary assets, align with our existing brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all platforms.


Task and Project Management:
Lead design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.


Marketing Experience:

Utilise your marketing expertise to understand our target audience, market trends, and customer behaviours, integrating these insights into your design strategies.


Collaborative Approach:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure the successful execution of design projects that align with overall business goals.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is desired.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with an impressive portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility across various design mediums.

Examples will be required at interview.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).

Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Marketing experience, understanding the importance of design in creating compelling marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design.

Motion design skills, enabling you to create engaging animations and dynamic visuals.

Social media design experience, tailoring visuals for different social platforms.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.

A keen eye for detail, coupled with a passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and industry advancements.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to drive projects forward.

A strong passion for branding and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency throughout all design deliverables.


Remuneration and Benefits:

A competitive annual salary between [SALARY], based on experience and skills.

Up to 25 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays, providing a healthy work-life balance.

A permanent, office-based role with regular working hours from Monday to Friday (9am to

5pm).
