As a Payroll Specialist you will be working as part of the HR Operations and Payroll team.

Partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders, you will have various responsibilities within the payroll function and support our employees on payroll related enquiries.

Supporting our UK and Ireland teams, this role is essential for supporting the continuity and success of our payroll operations during a crucial business implementation.

Working alongside the Associate Director of Payroll Operations you will have the opportunity to manage both long and short-term projects effectively while working collaboratively in inter-departmental settings to accomplish tasks and goals.

Working Schedule:


This is a full-time 9 month fixed term position working Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 17:30pm, this position is hybrid to be based at our office in London, Merchant Square.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Checking data from HR system to payroll
  • Checking payroll vendor results
  • Amending and making amendments where necessary
  • Liaising with payroll vendor & internal partners
  • Dealing with employee queries & resolving
  • Assisting with testing for new system

Required Qualifications:


  • Experience of payroll processing with UK/ROI payroll legislation
  • Experience with ADP Streamline or Global View
  • Strong communication skills, displaying customer focused problemsolving approaches.
  • Experience of working with MS Office (Excel, Teams.)
  • Ability to do Manual Calculations/strong numeracy skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload and work well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • Experience with MS Access Database
  • CIP, CIPM or CIPPM certifications
