Description

This is a challenging, rewarding and exciting post working to improve the lives of teenagers leaving care and to prepare them for the next step towards independent living.

Your day to day work will vary and could include teaching young people to cook, taking them shopping, accompanying them on activities and to appointments and helping them to manage money.

Our aim is to help each of the young people in our care to achieve their potential. This position involves lone working and full training is provided and it carries a good rate of pay. This is a shift work position and will involve some night shifts and day shifts.
