Great opportunity if you're looking to mentor and develop a team of Management Accountants...


You will be joining a large group of companies at their Head Office in Nottingham so there are plenty of opportunities for long-term progression.

You will take ownership for overseeing the management accounting and reporting for five divisions which arepart of the Group while managing a team of six people.


The Finance Director wants this role to progress into a future Financial Controller role, therefore well suited to those who are keen to take on more responsibility in future.


It's a flexible working environment - the finance team tend to go into the office twice per week and do three days from home.


ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Oversee the preparation of the management accounts for a small number of entities which are part of the Group structure
  • Manage, mentor and develop of team of 6 in the management accounting function
  • Budgeting and forecasting with analysis into variances
  • Drive improvements to systems and processes to ensure all entities within the Group are running smoothly and efficiently

ABOUT YOU

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
  • Prevous team management experience
