Lending Manager

Bridging Finance

Remote


We are very happy to be working with a well established Bridging master broker, on their search for a Lending Manager to join the team.

This exciting role is fully remote.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain excellent product and criteria knowledge
  • Work towards agreed SLAs both individually and in your team
  • Able to take ownership and drive delivery of performance
  • Adhere & embody all industry regulations and standards
  • To liaise with team leader on all case issues
  • Provide feedback on team, other departments, competitors, lenders and introducers
  • Identify and champion areas of improvement and training for company and team
  • To adhere fully to company handbook and policies
  • Reasonably anticipate, minimise and manage operational risk

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience of working in a specialist finance environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Bridging sector
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to gain understanding of Product knowledge and/or regulation
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal including superb telephone manner
  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and understanding of TCF
  • Working to a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work with multiple systems
  • Excellent literary and numerical Skills
