About The Role:

Are you a customer focussed, team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for health and safety? If you are then we have a fantastic opportunity for a Safety Centre Advisor to join our team at our state of the art Safety Centre in Bracknell.

As a Safety Centre Advisor you will be at the heart of the full, unique end to end service that Arco offers, delivering industry leading customer service and expertise to our customer.

Our state of the art Safety Centres offer a unique opportunity, delivering an integrated health and safety solution including specialist training, equipment servicing and a health and safety store.

By joining our team at our Bracknell site you will have the ability to become a true expert of the full safety proposition.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering great customer service across a multifunctional site in a collaborative way
Ensuring that learning and best practice is maintained to deliver an excellent service.
Ensuring the supply of safety equipment for hire, providing technical advice on equipment selection and make best practice recommendations.
Ensuring delegates are met, signed in, given a site induction and kept safe while on site.
Having a strong knowledge of our products and services to assist customers and influence sales
Being able to facilitate enquiry handling to a successful resolution
Driving sales by collaborating with sales colleagues from across Arco and Safety Services.
Making outbound calls to customers offering our services and Retail offers.

About you

The ideal Safety Centre Advisor will be/have:

Confined space and safety equipment awareness
Accredited Face fit Tester (BSIF Fit2Fit) would be desirable
Proven ability to acquire new technical skills
Experience of a customer first approach in a multi operational environment
Excellent relationshipbuilding skills
Good analytical skills
Deliver outstanding customer service skills have the customer at the heart of what you do.
Good written and verbal skills essential.
Driving license desirable
