As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a critical role in leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales targets, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure individual and team success.
  • Set sales targets and objectives for the team, aligning them with company goals and strategies.
  • Monitor team performance, analyse sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to motivate and develop the sales team.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities to develop the skills and performance of team members

Salary:
£20,006.00-£22,544.00 per year
