Job Description:


The Renewals Specialist will play a key role in driving customer renewals and upsell of new business opportunities for EMEA by qualifying and nurturing an installed base in support of our rapidly growing business.

Zscaler is a SaaS company operating in a high growth market that leverages the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model to fuel its growth.

Responsibilities include:


  • Manage all renewals in the assigned territory including:
  • Quotes, including Coterminous values
  • Multiyear Upsell
  • Product Crosssells
  • Collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, and Partners
  • Review dashboards and renewals process timelines to ensure proactive engagements and drive ontime renewals
  • Develop and nurture customers to become advocates on behalf of Zscaler
  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Zscaler's technology and articulate the advantages of our solution against competitors
  • Coordinate the engagement of other Zscaler resources within the account including Pre-Sales, Support, Professional Services, Product Management
  • Work within existing renewals database and collaborate with Sales Operations and IT to drive process and systems improvements and best practices

Qualifications:


Desired Skills

  • Good understanding of security fundamentals such as Firewalls, Proxies, and Web Security Gateways
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs, and possess strong analytical skills
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fastpaced, goaloriented high growth sales environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
  • Business Fluent in an additional European Language
