Circa £38,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

What's on offer?

Key responsibilities of the role:

Monitoring and driving performance across the shift
Ensure correct deployment of staff
Lead and effectively manage a team of team leaders on each production line
Checking/observing compliance on each production line to achieve efficiency
Complete all quality control documentation accurately and clearly start and end of the shift
100% compliance with Food Safety Regulations, quality, housekeeping, and safety systems
Working with the production manager and the technical team to ensure forward planning
Shift handovers with other supervisors
Focus on getting things done
